- Next, we contact you to schedule an appointment to meet with you to look at your home in person and discuss the details of an agreement.
- Then, we prepare the required paperwork for the sale of your home. THE SAME DAY!
- Finally, we meet one more time, AT SETTLEMENT, to give you your cash and take care of any required signatures.

Who we are...
Brandon and Sarah Russ
We met in 2014 and really hit it off from the door. With a total of 5 kids, jointly, we began a life together that would ultimately test our faith, patience, and compassion in our own lives and the lives around us. Fighting through, and beating a Stage 4 Metastatic Melanoma diagnosis, we realized that Brandon was given a second chance at life. With that second chance, we are on a mission to lend a helping hand to others who find themselves in financial hardship.
We began seeing the struggles of more and more people around us and we found a way to provide a service to aid in their tribulation. We pray together, we walk together, we talk together...and that is why we believe we have been placed in this position to assist others.
